Product Overview
RSPI VCI Masterbatch protects metal components from corrosion during storage, handling and transportation. Corrosion occurs when metals are exposed to moisture, water, salts, acids and other environmental elements, directly impacting the lifespan, performance and cost of metal products. Based on advanced vapour corrosion inhibitor technology, our masterbatch releases protective vapours that form an invisible molecular layer on metal surfaces, preventing direct contact with corrosive elements — working effectively even in sealed packaging and hard-to-reach areas for complete coverage. Nitrile-based, heavy-metal-free and environmentally friendly, it processes easily with polyethylene and polypropylene to produce anti-corrosion films without affecting the original properties of the material.
