Product Overview
RSPIMB Polymer Processing Aid (PPA) is a high-performance additive based on an LLDPE carrier resin, designed to improve the processing of polyolefins. Its fluoropolymer-based active ingredients work at very low dosage levels — typically 1000–2000 ppm — reducing friction between the polymer melt and metal surfaces for smoother flow and improved surface finish. Supplied in pre-dispersed masterbatch form manufactured on a robust twin-screw extrusion process, it increases extrusion output by reducing back pressure, eliminates melt fracture and surface defects, reduces die build-up, lowers power consumption per unit output, enables processing at lower temperatures, improves printability and enhances mechanical properties while reducing equipment wear and maintenance.
