Product Overview

RSPIMB ESD Masterbatch is designed to control and safely dissipate static charge by increasing the surface conductivity of plastic components. It creates a controlled conductive pathway that allows static charges to dissipate into the atmosphere, preventing dust attraction, electrostatic discharge and damage to sensitive electronic components. Engineered for uniform dispersion and stable performance even in demanding processing conditions, it delivers surface resistivity around 10⁸ ohms/sq with consistent, long-lasting static dissipation — without affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the polymer — and is suitable for cleanroom and controlled environments.
