Moisture present in raw materials such as polymers, fillers and pigments leads to defects like bubbles, holes, surface marks and reduced strength — an issue that becomes critical with recycled materials, where moisture content is usually higher. Containing moisture-absorbing active agents that bind significant amounts of water during processing, it ensures smooth, defect-free production without the need for pre-drying raw materials. Easy to mix directly with polymer granules, it reduces rejection and material wastage, saves energy and production cost, and increases the usable share of recycled polymers and fillers.
