Product Overview
RSPI Clarifying Masterbatch enhances the optical and mechanical properties of polypropylene products — significantly improving transparency, reducing haze and increasing stiffness for clearer, brighter and more visually appealing results. During crystallization it promotes finer, more uniform polymer structures that allow better light transmission, eliminating PP's typical hazy appearance and delivering near glass-like clarity even in thicker sections. It also accelerates crystallization, reducing cycle time for higher productivity and consistent quality. Highly effective at low dosage levels, it processes easily via injection moulding, extrusion and thermoforming, offers thermal stability up to 220–240°C and is suitable for food-contact applications.
