Product Overview
Plastics do not naturally dissipate the static charge generated through friction, leading to dust attraction, static cling, spark formation, risk of electrical shock and even fire hazards. RSPIMB Anti-Static Masterbatch is formulated with advanced fatty acid ester-based additives that reduce surface resistivity and neutralise static charges by creating a conductive pathway on the polymer surface, allowing charge to dissipate safely. With proper dosage, surface resistivity can be reduced to around 10⁸ ohms, significantly minimising static-related issues — while also enhancing surface finish with a smooth, glossy appearance, improving processing and mould release, and providing long-lasting anti-static performance with no yellowing or discoloration.
