
Product Overview
RSPIMB Antioxidant Masterbatch protects polymers from degradation, yellowing and oxidation caused by sunlight, high temperatures and frictional heat during processing and machine idling. Oxidation breaks chemical bonds in the polymer, forming free radicals and unstable peroxides that accelerate degradation and reduce mechanical properties. Our formulation uses high-performance stabilizers such as hindered phenols and organic phosphites, uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix for consistent performance — a synergistic combination that protects during processing as well as long-term storage. Compared with powder additives, the masterbatch form ensures better dispersion, improved efficiency, easier handling and cost-effectiveness, with no loss of strength during processing and no discoloration even after long-term use.
