Product Overview

During polyolefin film production, film layers tend to stick to each other — a phenomenon known as blocking that creates difficulties in processing, printing and packaging operations such as form-fill-seal machines. RSPIMB Anti-Block Masterbatch minimises this effect using naturally occurring minerals such as sodium, potassium and aluminium silicates with a controlled particle size distribution of 2–10 microns, delivering excellent anti-blocking performance without adversely affecting transparency or optical properties. Compatible with LDPE, LLDPE and their blends, it works synergistically with slip additives to improve both slip and anti-blocking characteristics, ensures uniform dispersion in the polymer matrix and eliminates the need for additional surface treatments.
